Who we work with

These individuals are in demanding roles as C-Suite Executives, Senior Management, individuals in high-level, high impact positions within their organizations, highly influential positions, high-net-worth individuals, emerging leaders, visionary business owners and entrepreneurs. These individuals are not afraid to put in the work for themselves, not deterred by excuses, and not resistant to being challenged.
What we do
We dig deep with you, we help you explore, reveal blindspots, we challenge you, we hold a mirror up to you and we help you bring out the absolute best in your leadership ability. We confront destructive behaviors and mindsets and create leaders your organization needs to drive the business forward and lead teams effectively. Our leadership development philosophy is guided by the belief that Leadership Development IS Risk Management. We integrate executive coaching, character development, emotional intelligence and behavior change strategies to produce transformation that is seen, experienced, and felt.

More and more Baby Boomers are reaching the mandatory retirement age of 65 and some are taking early retirement. This puts pressure on the generations behind them to fill the leadership gaps left by the boomers.
According to the United States Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics, by 2024, 41% of the U.S. labor force will be over the age of 55, and one third of that group will be over the age of 65.
This means within the next five to ten years, every industry and business in the country will be losing a large segment of their workforce — especially those workers who are in management and leadership positions.
